Receive data from dk-send

dk-recv [options] host port [file]
The program establishes a TCP connection to the given host and port and receives data. Output is written to the given file or standard output.
0 on success, all other values codes indicate an error.
dk-recv 192.0.2.103 9876 | dk-blks -b 1M | dd of=/dev/sda bs=1M conv=fdatasync

On Windows the file name length is restricted to _MAX_PATH (260) characters if the file name contains a wildcard (* or ? character).
This program uses DK libraries version 4.
The functionality of this program was available in ``dknet -r'' in version 3.x.x.
